「KNIFE GAME」 is the 1st episode of Season 3, and the 27th episode overall.

Characters[]

Summary[]

While trying to impress Papi with the knife game, Popee ends up cutting shapes out of the table. Delighted by Papi's reaction, Popee keeps playing, only to become confused when Papi becomes angry.

Plot[]

The episode starts with Popee, Kedamono and Papi. Popee tries to play the knife game, however Kedamono is scared that he might hurt himself. Unlike Kedamono, Papi wants Popee to try out the knife game. Popee tried the knife game and accidentally stabbed his finger and scared Papi and Kedamono. Popee was fine, showing his 2 sliced fingers being able to move like scissors. Popee laughs, and brings Kedamono to the table, playing the knife game. Fearing that Popee might slice his paws like how Popee did it to himself, Kedamono closes his eyes with fear. Luckily he was unharmed, and both of them stopped playing the knife game, becoming exhausted and out of breath. Because of playing with the knife for a little longer, the table left a mark and made a crack, causing a carved area to fall. For an unknown reason, Papi begins to laugh.

Both Kedamono and Popee are confused as well, so they began playing the knife game again. This time, it was Kedamono's turn to play with the knife. Like Kedamono before, Popee was scared that he might stab his fingers by accident. The carved wood falling happens again, and Papi starts to laugh again, but with too much excitement. Popee then tries to play the knife game using Frog. Like last time, Kedamono is afraid, and does not want Popee to slice the creature's fingers. Popee carves a shape out of a frog succesfully, however a bit of the Frog's fingers landed on Papi's eyes, irritating him. Both of them are confused again.

Popee now tries the knife game using Papi, with Kedamono securing his hand to prevent him from escaping. He was unharmed, and carved out wood that has the shape of a hand. Papi laughs again. Popee and Kedamono are still confused, and found a scorpion to use. Popee then grabs it and does not harm the insect, carving a scorpion shaped wood. They then began using random objects, like a hammer and much more. The carved shapes made a huge pile. Popee then begins to use Frog again. But Kedamono, thanks to his eyesight (i guess?) found that Popee accidentally sliced a small part of his finger, that landed on Papi's eyes again. Papi then became angry for a bit, and Kedamono asks Popee to give him Frog. He then plays the knife game on Frog without harming it, carving a wood that has a shape out of a frog.

Annoyed that Kedamono is better than him, Popee loses his temper, grabs Frog and the knife, and begins to play the knife game with rage, tearing up Frog's skin. This makes Papi close his eyes in a hilariously and a fabulous way while Kedamono is shocked and sad to see Popee do this. Popee then shows the carved wood, but then sees parts of Frog's skin at Papi's skin, angering him. This makes Papi do a stunt and steals Frog and the knife. Like what Popee did before earlier, he did it against Popee but faster, piling up tons of Frog's skin at Popee's face, and accidentally slices his own hand.
