The episode starts with Popee watching Papi hypnotize Kedamono with a pendulum, making him act like a bird. His dazed/sleepy mask falls off to reveal a bird mask and he starts chirping and flapping like a bird which causes him to leave the ground as Popee watches in amazement. He watches Kedamono fly around but turns when he hears a frog noise. Now Papi is hypnotizing a frog to act like a bird, and it flaps its front legs and starts flying, same as Kedamono. Popee watches the frog fly by him in confusion, and Papi nods, apparently happy with his work, until Paola makes a trumpet noise.
The scene cuts to Paola flying with her ears like Dumbo. Popee watches, apparently horrified, backing up until he backs into some hula hoops, knocking them over and making noise. Papi turns to his son, who reacts with fear, but Papi starts hypnotizing him. Popee starts to be hypnotized, but rubs his eyes before it can take full affect and then reaches into his bag to pull out a pendulum of his own. Papi and Popee start hypnotizing each other before rubbing their eyes. Popee tries to hypnotize Papi to be a wolf, and Papi sits on the ground like a dog and scratches himself with his foot. Popee laughs until he sees Papi has a knife which he stabs himself with and then hypnotizes Popee to act like a cat. Popee tries to cover his eyes but then sits like a cat and licks his hand. Papi smiles and runs towards him but stops when Popee stabs himself in the arm.
Suddenly Papi starts slithering around like a snake, which Popee hypnotized him into. Papi continues to slither around and Popee continues to lick himself until Papi stabs himself in the head and tries to hypnotize Popee to act like a frog, but Popee tries to hypnotize Papi to act like a lizard, then Papi tries to hypnotize Popee into a mantis, the Popee tries to hypnotize Papi into a grasshopper. They continue trying to hypnotize each other, finally managing to get each other to act like caterpillars.
The two go around the circus before Kedamono, the frog, and Paola, who are still acting like birds dive down and start eating Papi, leaving only his skeleton, mustache, and eyeballs. Popee sees this and becomes scared, and Kedamono, Paola, and the frog dive down for him, but he manages to hypnotize them to be dead, and they all turn to skeletons. Popee laughs and smashes Kedamono's skull, and then kicks Papi's skull across the circus, causing the eyes to fall out and one rolls in front of Popee, hypnotizing him into Papi. Popee tries to resist, but his bunny ears fall off, then he grows a mustache and his outfit changes. Sun rays appear, then the rest of his bunny hat disappears along with his hair, and he smiles and the episode ends.
